二甲双胍与促性腺激素协同作用在体外受精 - 胚胎移植周期中的应用
【目的】探讨二甲双胍与促性腺激素协同作用在体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)周期中的临床应用。【方法】对空腹胰岛素水平正常、月经周期延长的多囊卵巢(PCO)助孕患者,应用二甲双胍与促性腺激素协同作用进行超排卵治疗,作为实验组;自身前次IVF-ET治疗周期作为对照组,总例数为32例。【结果】联合应用组hCG日HOMA-IR和E2水平、使用促性腺激素(Gn)天数、使用Gn总量、获卵数,流产率和卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)的发生率均显著低于对照组;卵子的成熟率、受精率、胚胎评分、胚胎种植率 ...

低剂量重组人类生长激素(HGH)与人类绝经期促性腺激素(HMG)合用于体外受精与胚胎移植(IVF-ET)超排卵周期中,反应欠佳的不育患者,发现能促进卵子成熟,提高受精率,增加移植胚胎数。明显改善妊娠率,但未能影响卵泡的增补及减少诱发排卵所需HMG的剂量和用药时间。血清IGF-1水平在使用外源性生长激素(GH)期间明显升高,而对照组无类似变化,证实低剂量GH在本研究中的使用是有效的。
