目的】 探讨血管紧张素II 1型受体拮抗剂替米沙坦对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)糖代谢及血清脂联素的影响。 【方法】 实验分为4组: 对照组(WKY,n = 10);高血压组(SHR,n = 10);替米沙坦组(替米沙坦,50 mg·kg-1·d-1,n = 10),氨氯地平组(氨氯地平 10 mg·kg-1·d-1,n = 10),另外两组给予安慰剂,均为灌胃法给药,12周后处死大鼠,用生化方法测定糖代谢指标,ELISA方法测定血清脂联素含量。【结果】 四组大鼠空腹血糖之间没有明显差异(P > 0.05)

Highlights Serum low‐density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL‐C) levels were positively and significantly associated with a high risk of incident diabetes. Even in participants with normal LDL‐C levels (<130 mg/dL), a 1‐SD increase in LDL‐C levels was significantly associated with a higher risk of diabetes development.
