脑梗死是目前严重危害老年人健康的疾病之一,具有发病率高、致残率高、病死率高、复发率高及并发症多的"四高一多"的特点,而且最近几年脑梗死发病有明显年轻化趋势。目前脑梗死已严重威胁人类健康,对人类健康及家庭社会经济造成很大负担,因此做好脑梗死的诊治有着极其重要的意义。神经营养因子作用于神经系统,影响神经元和胶质细胞生长、分化及存活,bFGF是其中的一种神经营养因子。近年来,bFGF在脑梗死诊断方面的研究成果引起广泛的关注。
