脓毒症(Sepsis)是宿主对病原体的异常的反应而引起危及生命的器官功能障碍[1]。由于脓毒症的发病机制复杂,虽然人类对脓毒症的认识在不断进步,以抗生素为基础的治疗技术在不断的提高,但全球每年约有1900万新发的脓毒症患者[2],脓毒症的病死率仍高达25%到80%[3]。免疫抑制是脓毒症发病机制中研究最多的机制。T淋巴细胞(T lymphocytes)在脓毒症发病机制中起关键要作用[4]。本文综述T淋巴细胞在脓毒症的发病机制中的作用。
