1996127235ラットを用いて実験的に腹膜炎モデルを作成した. 1)腹膜炎群では血中BCAA(VAL,ILE,LEU)濃度の低下が認められ,低下した血中BCAA濃度は20%アミノ酸(BCAAを21.2%含有)と15%糖液によるTPNにより対照群の血中濃度に是正された. 2)尿中BCAA排泄量はアミノ酸を投与した腹膜炎群で最も増加していたが,排泄量は投与BCAA総量の1%未満であった.

19971641051)第1の転移経路として大網に多数存在した乳斑を介するものが認められた.大網では1日目からヒトβ-グロビンの強いシグナルが認められ,日をおって増強した.活性炭の腹腔内投与にて大網の乳斑は肉眼的に黒い点として認められ,その内部にMKN-45-P細胞を認めた.
