麻疯树籽仁/壳乙醇提取物的体外抗氧化活性In vitro antioxidant activity of ethanol extracts of Jatropha curcas seed kernel and shell

为了提高麻疯树种子的开发利用价值,采用体外抗氧化实验对麻疯树籽仁/壳乙醇提取物抗氧化活性进行了研究。分别以麻疯树种子中的籽仁和籽壳为原料,经75%乙醇提取,在对提取物主要成分进行分析的基础上,以VE为阳性对照,测定两种提取物对自由基(DPPH自由基、ABTS+自由基、羟自由基和超氧自由基)的清除能力、还原能力以及抑制亚油酸自氧化能力。结果表明:麻疯树籽仁/壳乙醇提取物中多糖类物质总含量分别为47.67%和52.21%,酮类物质总含量分别为0.774%和 4.22%,麻疯树籽壳乙醇提取物中还含有0.30 ...

干燥方式对迷迭香脂溶性抗氧化物质 得率及抗氧化活性的影响 Effects of drying methods on yield and antioxidant activity of fat-soluble antioxidant components from Rosmarinus officinalis

ESR study of free radicals photoinduced by C60 solution(C60光敏反应产生自由基的ESR研究)

富勒烯(C60)的吡啶溶液在光辐射下,以5,5-二甲基-1-吡咯啉-N-氧化物(DMPO)为捕捉剂,用电子自旋共振法(ESR)直接检测到很强的ESR信号,证明C60在光辐射下有自由基产生.通过计算机的ESR模拟和分析,认为得到的ESR信号为[DMPO-O2-]·与[DMPO-OH]·的叠加信号.当分别用超氧化物歧化酶和甘露醇为清除剂时,ESR信号明显降低,证明在光辐射下产生的自由基为超氧阴离子自由基()和羟自由基(OH·).

细胞通过有氧代谢使生命活动得以进行和维持,有氧代谢过程中会产生活性氧(ROS)等多种自由基[1]。自由基对细胞来说是一把双刃剑,一方面,自由基是有氧代谢所必备的;另一方面,对机体存在毒性。许多实验已经表明,自由基反应能导致细胞退化、老化、裂解[2]。H2O2是一种ROS,在诱导细胞的损伤、死亡中起关键作用。它能损伤DNA、使酶失活、氧化激素、破坏细胞膜的完整性,甚至杀死细胞等,是多种疾病的起点[3]。
