Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1989 本文报道了广东蛇药主要有效成分有机酸盐经剖析后对眼镜蛇毒抗毒效果的影响。实验表明苹果酸钠盐单方抗毒效果与多种有机酸钠盐复方无显著差异。在此基础上进一步研究了广东蛇药中所含钠钾离子抗毒作用间的关系,通过对小白鼠中毒模型的保护试验结果表明,钠离子的有效剂量在0.45～1.36g/kg之间,最佳有效量为0.68g/kg,而钾离子的有效剂量在0.54～0.78g/kg之间,最佳有效剂量为0.62g/kg。钠钾离子除对抗眼镜蛇毒有效外,对眼镜王蛇、海蛇也有明显对抗作用,但对银环蛇、蝮蛇毒则无明显作用。
