卷羽鹈鹕源大肠埃希菌和粪肠球菌的分离及耐药性试验

为了解卷羽鹈鹕（Pelecanus crispus）源大肠埃希菌（Escherichia coli）和粪肠球菌（Enterococcus faecalis）耐药性特征，采集圈养卷羽鹈鹕粪便9份，用全自动微生物生化鉴定法进行鉴定。结果表明：分别从9份粪便样中分离鉴定出大肠埃希菌9株，粪肠球菌7株。药敏试验结果显示，大肠埃希菌对氨苄西林、四环素和磺胺异恶唑的耐药性均较强，对阿莫西林/克拉维酸、头孢噻呋、多西环素等均较为敏感；粪肠球菌对青霉素、红霉素、四环素的耐药性均较强，对链霉素、呋喃妥因和氯霉素等较敏感 ...
