Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2006 目的探讨MTT法体外药敏试验在复发转移性乳腺癌化疗中的价值。方法取35例复发转移性乳腺癌患者肿瘤组织,简易机械法制备细胞悬液,应用MTT法体外药敏试验测定其对10种常用化疗药物的敏感性,并指导临床用药,同时与临床疗效进行相关分析。结果MTT法检测复发转移乳腺癌患者药敏试验的成功率为91.4%,体外药敏试验的敏感性为86.4%,特异性为80.0%,阳性预测值为90.5%,阴性预测值为72.7%,总的预测准确率为84.4%。结论MTT法可作为临床上指导复发转移乳腺癌个体化化疗的有效方法。

野生动物学报, 2021 为弄清引起豪猪（Hystrix brachyura）腹泻的细菌性病因及其耐药性。通过镜检、鉴别培养、生化试验、药敏试验和16S rRNA鉴定，对豪猪22份腹泻样品进行分析。结果检出致病性大肠杆菌（Escherichia coli）5份，阳性率为2273%；检出沙门氏菌（Salmonella）12份，阳性率为5455%；混合感染阳性率为4545%。沙门氏菌和致病性大肠杆菌混合感染是导致豪猪腹泻的主要原因。混合感染病原菌对阿米卡星、壮观霉素高度敏感，对庆大霉素和环丙沙星中度敏感，对其余药剂不敏感 ...
