Difficulty of Nurses in Hemodialysis Work [PDF]
, 2021 PDF要 旨 目的：血液透析室の業務特性からみた看護職が抱く困難感を明らかにし、その予防法や対策を検討した。 方法：血液透析室で働く看護職 120 名に自由記述式質問紙を配布し、回答の得られた 86 名のデータを質的に分析した。 結果：困難感を抱く場面や状況は、【特徴的な患者】【医療事故への予期不安】【穿刺の重圧】【余裕ない人員】【役割の葛藤】【不本意な対応】の６つのカテゴリーを抽出した。 考察：質問紙の回収率は 79.2％と高く、透析業務に従事する看護職は何かしらの困難感を抱いていることが推察された ...

Cancer Science, EarlyView.Splicing factor (SF)‐mutant CH is characterized by relatively late emergence and accelerated clonal expansion in older individuals. This review summarizes its clonal dynamics, disease‐associated consequences of SF mutations in myeloid neoplasms, and candidate mechanisms that may contribute to age‐dependent selection.

Integrative Conservation, Volume 5, Issue 2, Page 217-224, June 2026.This study reconstructs the phylogeny of the Javan Hawk‐Eagle (Nisaetus bartelsi) within the subfamily Aquilinae using Maximum Likelihood and Bayesian Inference algorithms on a blood sample and GenBank data.
