ABSTRACT Skin wound injuries are often accompanied by bacterial infections and severe inflammation. Especially, M1‐type macrophages at the wound site can trigger a cascade of inflammatory responses, mediating a vicious cycle of inflammation. Meanwhile, hypoxia further exacerbates vascular damage and constriction in the wound microenvironment, thereby ...

Although mTOR inhibitors show limited clinical efficacy against AML, this study demonstrates that combining mTOR inhibition with TP53 activation enhances anti‐leukemic effects. We also developed a gene scoring system (Rapa‐11) predicting rapamycin sensitivity and showed that monocytic AMLs with wild‐type TP53 and low Rapa‐11 scores are highly ...

The Role of Histone Methyltransferase SETDB1 in Normal and Malignant Hematopoiesis
In this review, we discuss the role of SETDB1 in gene regulation, including an overview of its structural features and key cofactors. We also highlight the lineage‐specific roles of SETDB1 in both normal hematopoietic processes and hematological malignancies, emphasizing its function as an immune checkpoint molecule that suppresses natural killer cell ...
