实用医学研究, 2019 为了研究人文关怀在血液科优质护理服务中的应用，论文选用了2018 年5 月—2019 年5 月这一时间段内血液科的患者120 例，将其分为对照组和研究组，研究组采用人文关怀下的优质护理服务，而对照组采用普通护理形式。结果显示，患者出院时，明显研究组的满意度要高于对照组，该统计研究具有统计学意义（P0.05）。由此得出，将人文关怀应用到血液科优质护理服务中可以在很大程度上提升患者的满足度，进而提升临床护理工作的质量。
