Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2007 目的检测乳腺癌患者血清可溶性Fas（sFas）水平,探讨手术对血清sFas的影响。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验法（ELISA）,检测76例乳腺癌患者及100例正常人血清sFas水平,并比较乳腺癌患者手术前后血清sFas水平。结果血清sFas浓度与临床分期、雌激素受体有关,各期乳腺癌患者血清sFas水平明显高于正常对照组;Ⅳ期乳腺癌患者血清sFas水平明显高于其它各期,Ⅲ期明显高于Ⅱ期,Ⅱ期明显高于Ⅰ期;乳腺癌患者术后血清sFas水平明显低于术前。结论血清sFas水平与乳腺癌的发生发展有关 ...
