糖尿病ケトアシドーシスにおける血清クレアチンキナーゼ(CK)高値症例の検討 [PDF]

糖尿病ケトアシドーシスでは,明らかな虚血性疾患によらない血清クレアチンキナーゼ(CK)値の上昇を認めることがあり,初期治療や検査に大きな影響を及ぼす。そこで,過去5年間に,糖尿病ケトアシドーシスで入院した全25例について血清CK値の検討を行った。うち,血清CK値が2,000U/L以上に達した症例は3例であった。いずれも著しい高血糖の糖尿病ケトアシドーシスの若年男性で,未治療患者であった。血清CK高値の3例と残りの22例で比較したところ,HDLコレステロール値(29.7±3.8 vs. 47.5±14.0,

目的研究样本不同处理过程对血清甲状腺球蛋白(Tg)免疫分析结果的影响,为准确测量Tg提供参考。方法健康查体人员采血后①不分离血清(4℃,n=30)或②分离血清(室温,n=30),于采血后14、、122、4 h测量;或③血清冻融前、冻融1、2、3次后(n=18)测量血清Tg浓度(ECLIA,罗氏2010)。把各次测量值除以首次测量值转换为相对浓度,进行一般线性分析(GLM for Repeated Measure)。结果试验①4次测量结果无差别(F=0.577,P=0.484),后3次相对浓度分别为102.
