阿托伐他汀联合依折麦布对高血压并血脂异常的临床研究 [PDF]

目的:探究阿托伐他汀联合依折麦布对原发性高血压合并血脂异常患者的血脂、心功能及氧化应激反应的影响。方法:选取2017年9月至2018年9月厦门大学附属翔安医院收治的原发性高血压合并血脂异常患者78例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各39例,对照组患者给予阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组患者给予阿托伐他汀联合依折麦布治疗,治疗完成后,观察并比较两组患者血脂、心功能及氧化应激反应的情况。结果:观察组患者血脂、心功能及氧化应激反应的改善情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P
