, 2003 介绍一种新的情绪应激模式, 即以不确定性空瓶饮水刺激作为情绪应激源, 考察14 d情绪应激对大鼠行为、神经内分泌和免疫功能的影响. 结果表明情绪应激诱发出明显的攻击行为, 激活了HPA轴和交感神经系统, 减少了特异性抗体的产生和血白细胞数目. 而单纯缺水但无空瓶刺激的应激只引起探究行为、HPA轴激活和血白细胞数目降低. 这些结果证明了心理行为因素对行为、内分泌和免疫功能的作用.
