采用志愿功能动机问卷、感恩品质量表和志愿行为问卷调查260名大学生,建立结构方程,考察感恩品质在志愿功能动机与志愿行为之间的中介作用.结果发现:(1)志愿功能动机、价值观表达、学习理解、社会交往、职业生涯、自我增强、自我表达、感恩品质、感恩认知、感恩情感、感恩行为、志愿行为之间均显著正相关; (2)志愿功能动机、感恩品质可正向预测志愿行为; (3)感恩品质部分中介志愿功能动机和志愿行为,志愿功能动机既直接导致志愿行为,也通过感恩品质间接影响志愿行为.
