两种组织生长相关因子在临床创面愈合中的表达变化

目的探讨临床创面组织中生长相关因子c-sis和c-jun的表达变化规律。方法应用免疫组化方法对临床16例烧伤病人创面愈合过程中c-sis和c-jun表达变化进行检测,计算阳性表达细胞数。结果临床创面愈合中c-sis和c-jun有明显的规律性的表达。但二者表达模式不尽相同。c-sis在伤后5天表达量增加,10天达峰值,其阳性颗粒主要分布于真皮层成纤维细胞的胞核中。c-jun的表达在伤后1天达最高值,其阳性颗粒主要分布于表皮基底细胞胞浆及真皮成纤维细胞的胞核内。结论烧伤可以诱导皮肤创面组织原癌基因c ...
