Effect and mechanism of autophagy in corneal epithelial air-exposed injury [PDF]

摘 要 将钛涂层317L 接骨板植入电子线照射的犬右下颌骨体部, 用透射电镜(TEM)观察相邻骨膜超微 结构变化, 结果显示, 钛涂层317L 接骨板组相邻骨膜超微结构损伤比未喷涂钛层的317L 接骨板对照组轻微。 可能与未喷涂钛层的317L 接骨板所释放出来的毒性较大的C r 、Ni 离子对组织细胞的再损伤有关, 而钛涂层 317 L 接骨板表面呈纯钛相, 不会造成组织细胞超微结构明显损伤。

提出了一种基于双微环引起范诺共振效应实现超窄带滤波的微环谐振滤波器,通过泵浦波导和微加热装置使其同时具备有源和可调谐性能。通过耦合模理论,推导了该结构的透射率及超窄带带宽公式,并利用MATALAB软件模拟了在滤波器结构中注入增益对超窄带带宽和滤波器的透过率的影响,以及微环波导的热光效应对滤波器谐振波长的影响。仿真结果表明,在滤波器中注入增益能增大透过率,压缩滤波器的超窄带带宽,且微环波导的热光效应可使谐振波长发生红移或蓝移。

Microstructure and ultrastructure of antennary gland of Penaeus monodon(斑节对虾触角腺的显微和超微结构)
对斑节对虾触角腺的显微及超微形态结构进行了研究.其触角腺由体腔囊、迷路和原肾管3部分组成.体腔囊足细胞小,足突起短而细,胞质内小泡和颗粒不多;迷路细胞微绒毛短少而不整齐,含有大量小泡,基底及两侧质膜内陷较深,但基底部线粒体数量很少;原肾管细胞微绒毛较短少而杂乱,胞质内小泡和颗粒含量较少,基底及两侧质膜内陷很深.上述结果显示,斑节对虾触角腺各组成成分中,与其排泄和渗透压调节功能相关的结构较为发达.因此,该虾是甲壳动物中调节能力较强的“渗透压调节者”.
