针对现有油气管道防腐补口施工中开放式管道表面处理存在的环境污染严重、工人劳动强度大、粉尘危害工人健康、砂料浪费严重及过程质量难以控制等一系列问题,设计了一种油气管道防腐补口自动除锈机。该除锈机为三瓣式开合结构,主要由浮动式旋转机构、限位机构、横向行走机构和除静电机构组成,工作过程为“弓”字形轨迹除锈。试验及现场应用效果表明,油气管道防腐补口自动除锈机结构合理、性能稳定、操作简单、野外适应能力强,除锈连续无遗漏,除锈质量等级大于Sa 2.5级,每道口的平均除锈时间为8 min,可有效节约工时。
