转移力不同的肺癌克隆细胞中nm23-H1基因产物NDPK 的表达

【目的】比较转移抑制基因nm23-H1 表达产物核苷酸二磷酸激酶(nucleoside diphosphate kinase , NDPK)在转移力 不同的肺癌克隆株中的表达。【方法】通过单细胞克隆技术及裸鼠接种筛选出高转移及低转移的人肺巨细胞癌克隆细胞株及 高转移的人肺腺癌克隆细胞株, 用LSAB 免疫组化法检测nm23-H1 基因产物NDPK 的表达。【结果】NDPK 在高转移及低转 移的人肺巨细胞癌克隆细胞移植瘤及转移瘤中均有表达, 高转移株的阳性细胞数目及强度均高于低转移株和裸鼠正常肺组

影响乳腺癌术后骨转移的若干因素

本文报告自1964~1981年经外科治疗的女性单侧乳腺癌1656例,随访1—18年(中位11年),有128例发生骨转移,骨转移率为7.7%。骨转移的主要部位为脊柱(46.6%),肩胛带(15.1%),骨盆带(10.9%),显示乳腺癌的骨转移与肋间——脊椎静脉系统密切相关。本组术后发生骨转移的中位时间为22个月,发现骨转移后的中位生存时间为7个月。影响乳腺癌术后骨转移的主要因素为乳腺癌的病理组织学类型及区域淋巴结转移情况。作者认为预访和减少乳腺癌骨转移率的切实可行的措施是早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗 ...
