金属有机骨架/聚丙烯纤维抗菌空气过滤材料的辐射接枝制备及其性能

为了改善传统聚丙烯熔喷空气过滤材料功能单一、过滤稳定性差的缺陷,本研究利用电子束辐射接枝技术将金属有机骨架(ZIF-8)接枝在聚丙烯(PP)无纺布上,快速制备抗菌空气过滤材料。通过扫描电镜、红外光谱、X射线衍射、热重分析、接触角测定等方法对空气过滤材料进行分析表征。结果表明,ZIF-8在电子束辐射接枝下牢固结合在聚丙烯纤维上。过滤测试表明,抗菌空气过滤材料具有高效稳定的过滤性能,与原PP空气过滤材料相比,针对PM1.0的品质因子及过滤效率分别增长了13.02%和12.08 ...

轻质滤料滤池的试验与研究

轻质滤料滤池是以比水密度略小的滤料为滤床的滤池,通过以净水厂的原水和污水处理厂的二级处理出水为过滤试验对象,所取得的结果表明:下向流轻质滤料滤池对浊度和悬浮固体(SS)的去除率分别可以达到80%和45%,而滤床的水头损失不超过15cm。因此轻质滤料滤池可以以预过滤的形式配置在过滤处理的净水和污水的处理工艺中。
