Gongye shui chuli, 2014 油田污水处理系统常用的过滤器有两种：水力加气方式清洗滤料的多介质过滤器和机械搅拌方式清洗滤料的核桃壳过滤器。改性污水处理工艺产生的污泥主要成分是碳酸钙，过滤时极易穿透吸附在滤床滤料上，使滤料不能彻底洗净，再生难度加大。研制了一种新型体外清洗滤料核桃壳过滤器，采用独特的滤料罐外流化循环大强度清洗技术，能彻底清洗滤料，使滤料再生，同时污水处理能力较多介质过滤器提高了一倍，用水量降至原来的25%左右，具有推广价值。

Gongye shui chuli, 2007 通过石英砂和水淬渣单层滤料的对比试验,了解水淬渣的过滤性能。并采用水淬渣-石英砂双层滤料不加药直接过滤技术对电厂生活污水二级出水进行深度处理。试验结果表明:在去除浊度方面,水淬渣和石英砂的过滤性能相差不大;在去除COD方面,水淬渣的过滤性能优于石英砂。滤速为7.5 m/h时,水淬渣-石英砂滤料的平均出水浊度>3 NTU、COD>15 mg/L,满足回用标准,出水水质稳定。

Gongye shui chuli, 2008 采用并联式的过滤系统,对国产的亚高牌叠片式过滤器与以色列ARKAL公司的叠片式过滤器进行了工艺性能比较试验。针对不同过滤精度(20、55、100、200μm)的叠片,在不同的加药量下,比较研究了两种过滤器进出水的浊度和悬浮固体含量、周期产水量、FPI值、水头损失、流量、反洗等工艺性能参数差异,试验结果表明,两种过滤器的性能大体相近。
