Gongye shui chuli, 2008 以废水处理和金属回用为目的,研究了络合—超滤—解络—纳滤耦合过程处理铜电镀工业废水。利用聚丙烯酸钠(PAAN)为络合剂处理含Cu2+的电镀废水,讨论了pH、体积浓缩因子等对超滤过程的影响,以及解络、纳滤过程和络合剂再生回用性能。试验研究表明,在络合过程对Cu2+可达到98%的去除,在解络过程对Cu2+的回收率仍可达到96%以上。经过纳滤浓缩的铜电镀废水,可回收铜金属,而滤过液可达到回用水的标准。

Gongye shui chuli, 2008 采用并联式的过滤系统,对国产的亚高牌叠片式过滤器与以色列ARKAL公司的叠片式过滤器进行了工艺性能比较试验。针对不同过滤精度(20、55、100、200μm)的叠片,在不同的加药量下,比较研究了两种过滤器进出水的浊度和悬浮固体含量、周期产水量、FPI值、水头损失、流量、反洗等工艺性能参数差异,试验结果表明,两种过滤器的性能大体相近。
