我国东北地区鼩鼱属物种的系统发生地位——基于线粒体COⅠ和16S rRNA分析

应用简单重复序列区间(ISSR)分子标记方法对甜槠种群的遗传多样性和遣传分化进行了初步研究.从100个引物中筛选出12个用于正式扩增的ISSR引物,在9个种群179个个体中共检测到202个位点,其中198个是多态位点,多态位点百分率(P)为98.02%.各种群多态位点百分率在60.40%~70.30%,平均为65.29%.甜槠物种水平的Shannon信息指数(I)为0.532 2、Nei指数(h)为0.359 7.各种群I平均为0.363 5、h平均为0.246 8.
