千岛湖陆桥岛屿上黑腹狼蛛(Lycosa coelestris)遗传多样性及其受生境片段化的影响

人工湖泊型陆桥岛屿对于理解生境片段化后片段面积和地理隔离等因素对物种遗传多样性和遗传结构的影响提供了独特的机会.本文利用相关序列扩增多态性(SRAP)分子标记法,对具有50多年片段化历史的千岛湖人工湖泊型陆桥岛屿上的黑腹狼蛛( Lycosacoelestris )种群遗传结构和多样性进行研究.利用5对SRAP引物对42份材料的基因组进行扩增,共得到大小为50~900bp的85个可重复位点,其中84个为多态性位点,多态性比率达98.82%.不同岛屿种群的多态位点比例( PPB )为15.29%~38.82%

大鳞副泥鳅7个群体遗传变异的微卫星分析 [PDF]
