野生动物学报, 2019 麋鹿是我国特有重点保护鹿科动物，是全球濒危物种保护的成功范例，具有重要的生态和文化价值。从乌邦寺建群到现今遍布世界的多个小种群来看，麋鹿的数量在逐步增长，生存力和繁殖力未发现有明显下降。麋鹿极小种群复壮造成其中性遗传多样性极度趋同，种群内个体之间的遗传相似系数极高，理论上影响其可持续发展的生存潜力。这些问题引起了学者和保护管理者的极大关注。本文从麋鹿的分类地位、遗传多样性研究概况等方面进行综述，为深入了解我国麋鹿进化地位、遗传多样性状况，加强我国麋鹿遗传资源的保护与管理，以及种群的健康可持续发展提供参考。
