单轴对称截面轴压构件弯扭失稳的换算长细比是计算其极限荷载的重要参数。基于单轴对称截面轴压构件弯扭失稳的平衡微分方程,采用Galerkin法推导了4种边界约束条件弯扭失稳临界荷载的一元二次方程,并进一步得到了基于荷载比、双长细比的弯扭失稳换算长细比理论式。基于理论式,分别对比了我国现行标准GB 50017—2017中双角钢组合T形截面轴压构件扭转失稳、弯扭失稳的换算长细比,揭示了其中存在的问题;提出了新的双角钢组合T形截面轴压构件扭转失稳、弯扭失稳换算长细比的计算式,并与理论式的计算结果进行对比。结果表明,

针对单肢C形和U形截面及由其拼合而成的双肢和四肢截面冷弯薄壁型钢柱轴压承载力,进行了66根(共6种截面,5种长度)两端铰接的多肢拼合截面冷弯薄壁型钢柱轴压试验,研究了长细比、肢数及拼合形式对冷弯薄壁型钢多肢拼合柱轴压受力性能的影响。试验结果表明:长细比小于70的开口截面易发生畸变屈曲,闭口截面则发生局部屈曲;长细比大于70的试件则以整体屈曲破坏为主;随着试件的长度增加,其轴压承载力逐渐降低。相对于单肢截面,相同高度的拼合截面长细比减小,试件破坏形式随着长细比减小而从整体屈曲控制变为畸变屈曲和局部屈曲控制,
