Zhongguo youzhi, 2023 旨在为广西贵港市预防食源性疾病提供科学依据，采用GB 5009.22—2016中的高效液相色谱-柱后衍生法测定2018—2022年从贵港市不同地点采集的625件食用植物油样品的黄曲霉毒素B1（AFB1）含量，并应用人群肝癌发病风险法和暴露限值(MOE)法对AFB1的暴露风险进行评估。结果表明：在625件食用植物油样品中，AFB1的检出率为96.80%，超标率为20.00%，其中定型包装油均合格，散装油超标率为31.97%；花生油中AFB1的检出率为97.04%，超标率为2470%，其他食用植物油均合格；

复方翅果油的毒理学初步研究Preliminary toxicological study of compound Elaeagnus mollis seed oil
Zhongguo youzhi, 2022 旨在对复方翅果油（翅果油+葡萄籽油）的毒理学安全性进行初步评估。采用最大耐受剂量（MTD）法观察复方翅果油的急性毒性，选择Ames试验、骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验观察复方翅果油的遗传毒性，通过亚急性毒性试验观察复方翅果油的亚急性毒性。结果表明：复方翅果油对雄、雌小鼠的MTD均大于20.0 g/kg；遗传毒性试验结果为阴性;各剂量组未观察到有明显的亚急性毒性。上述结果说明复方翅果油属无毒级，无明显遗传毒性和亚急性毒性。To study the safety of compound ...
