光唇鱼(Acrossocheilus fasciatus)卵原干细胞提取、冻存及移植研究

为更好地保护和开发光唇鱼(Acrossocheilus fasciatus)资源,进行了光唇鱼卵原干细胞提取、冻存和移植研究。结果显示,光唇鱼卵原干细胞呈椭圆形,长径和短径分别为(16.52±0.87) µm、(10.66±0.87) µm。低温冻存光唇鱼卵巢时以10%的DMSO作为保护剂效果最好,从冻存卵巢中提取卵原干细胞的效率可达新鲜卵巢的42.22%±1.02%。以孵化出膜3日龄斑马鱼仔鱼为受体,将提取的光唇鱼卵原干细胞用PKH26荧光染料标记后移植入受体鱼腹腔。荧光显微镜观察显示,移植后1~5 ...

一种相变控温防晒薄膜及其制备方法

本发明涉及一种相变控温防晒薄膜及其制备方法。其特征在于相变控温防晒薄膜是以微胶囊复合相变材料为智能控温成分,采用氧化锌、二氧化钛、银、氧化铝等纳米颗粒作为抗紫外线材料,以PVC、PET、PE等薄膜为基体材料塑化复合而成。本发明首先将基体材料的树脂粉,塑料助剂通过高速搅拌混炼成均匀稳定的增塑糊,然后加入微胶囊复合相变材料和纳米颗粒,继续搅拌混合均匀,最后通过涂敷成形、高温固化制备出具有较好相变储能特性和较高抗紫外线性能的新型相变控温防晒薄膜,该薄膜在可见光区的透过率可达65%,在紫外光区的透过率仅为10%
