, 2015 自国有商业银行股份制改造上市以来，我国商业银行的不良贷款额和不良贷款率一直呈现大幅下降的趋势，不良贷款额、不良贷款率一度降至了非常低的水平。因历史原因而形成的长期困扰我国商业银行的不良贷款问题曾经一度淡出人们的视线。然而，近几年来，伴随着我国宏观经济增速的持续回落，商业银行不良贷款额和不良贷款率均呈现反弹势头。不良贷款问题再次成为政府、学术界、银行关注的焦点问题。 面对着这一问题，笔者试图探究不良贷款的成因及治理对策。从而为商业银行提供决策参考，增强商业银行不良贷款的防控能力。全文共分六章，第一章是绪论、
