Shiyou jixie, 2012 在钻浅层塞作业过程中，为了防止出现井喷顶钻事故，研制了井口防顶装置。该装置是根据以最高上顶力和井口装置最低抗内压两者中最低者来选用井下作业井口控制装置的原则进行设计的。中原油田普遍使用350井口，最高耐压35 MPa，钻塞使用Φ114 mm钻头，故设计的防顶装置承受的最低上顶力为364 kN，附加安全系数1.5倍，其承载上顶力为550 kN，能够避免防顶控制过程中上顶力对防顶装置的损坏，确保施工安全。现场应用控制防顶5口井，成功率100%，有效地解决了钻浅层塞施工中井喷防顶的难题。
