20世纪50年代,中国科学院借鉴苏联培养科学干部的经验,制定了《中国科学院研究生暂行条例》。为了制定出适合中国具体情况的研究生条例,中国科学院并未完全照搬苏联培养科学干部的方针和制度,而是进行了慎重的选择和改造,并吸收了院内外多方的意见和建议。该条例的制定不仅为中国科学院此后十年内一跃成为中国研究生教育的一支重要力量奠定了重要的制度基础,还为中国高等学校实施正规的研究生教育积累了经验并提供了参考依据 ...

奶类摄入习惯预测脑卒中患者肠内营养喂养不耐受的价值

目的分析脑卒中患者奶类摄入习惯在预测肠内营养（EN）喂养不耐受（FI）中的价值。方法回顾性选取2020年8月—2024年1月在吉林大学中日联谊医院神经内科接受治疗的113例急性缺血性脑卒中（AIS）伴吞咽障碍患者作为研究对象，患者均于入院48 h内开始应用EN治疗。对患者的临床特征、治疗情况、FI发生情况、入院前6个月的奶类摄入习惯进行回顾性分析，采用受试者工作特征（ROC）曲线对奶类摄入频次和奶类摄入量预测FI的价值进行分析。结果有68例患者在EN期间发生FI，发生率为60.18%。发生FI患者中年龄≥
