Status quo of recognition of nursing staff on inpatients’ demands and satisfaction
Huli yanjiu, 2005 [目的]了解护理人员对住院病人护理需求及满意度认可情况。[方法]选择综合性医院护理人员220人,采用问卷调查的方法调查护理人员对住院病人需求及满意度的认可状况。[结果]护理人员认可住院病人的需求范围广泛;护理人员的年龄、工龄与所在科室影响其对住院病人生理舒适方面需求的认可程度,护理人员认为住院病人对护理工作的总体满意度较高,其中外科护理人员对住院病人对家属陪伴方面满意度的认可程度高于内科护理人员。[结论]护理人员应能够正确评价病人需求及满意度,及时准确地实施护理,从而使病人各方面的需求得到满足。
