鹿茸是雄性鹿科动物(除驯鹿外)特有的能够周期性再生的器官,其生长发育受到多种因素的共同调控。miRNA(microRNA)是一类在真核生物中发现的内源性的具有调控功能的非编码RNA,在基因表达调控、细胞周期、生物体发育等方面发挥着重要的调控作用。本文从miRNA的相关技术、鹿茸组织中miRNA的鉴定、miRNA对生长因子的调控作用、miRNA对鹿茸细胞增殖的作用以及miRNA对鹿茸再生调控的研究几个方面就现有miRNA对鹿茸生长发育的研究进行总结和展望,为今后鹿茸生长发育机理的诠释具有一定的意义。
