H19、CHI3L1在发生侧颈淋巴结转移的甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达研究

目的 以发生侧颈淋巴结转移的甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)为研讨对象,旨在找到阻断淋巴管形成、降低侧颈淋巴结转移率的方法。方法 长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)测序得出,在发生侧颈淋巴结转移的PTC中存在差异表达基因,筛选明显上调、下调的基因。结果 发生侧颈淋巴结转移的PTC中有4782个上调lncRNA,3807个下调lncRNA。结论 lncRNA H19、lncRNA CHI3L1出现明显表达差异,推测与发生侧颈淋巴结转移有关,可作为靶点构建lncRNA-X敲除慢病毒,验证是否与淋巴管形成有关。
