SF6断路器关合电容器组过程中会产生高频高幅值的涌流,在预击穿电弧烧蚀和弧后机械磨损的双重作用下,SF6断路器弧触头的关合侵蚀加剧而影响其使用寿命。为此,文中对SF6断路器弧触头关合侵蚀特性进行了深入研究。基于等电荷量法对弧触头进行燃弧实验和关合涌流实验,获得了触头侵蚀形貌、预击穿燃弧时间、接触电阻和质量损失。根据弧触头运行条件建立仿真模型,分析了动、静弧触头的温度场变化及接触碰撞过程。结果表明,弧后机械磨损是弧触头关合侵蚀的重要组成部分,随着涌流峰值的增大,机械磨损所占比例增大,当涌流峰值为15 ...

综述了SF6断路器极限开断能力以及介质开断能力的数值预测方法的最新研究进展。电流过零前200 ns的电弧电导(G200)是判断断路器热开断能力的一个重要参数,为计算G200,对电弧特性进行模拟,在燃弧阶段采用磁流体动力学模型,而在接近电流零区采用Mayr模型,从而建立相应的电路模型来确定电弧时间常数和电弧功率损耗系数等参数,以分析高压断路器的热开断能力。为判断电击穿能力,需要根据电弧过零时灭弧室内的每一点的压力和温度值,确定对应点的临界击穿场强分布Ec,同时计算在暂态恢复电压作用下灭弧室内的电场分布Ea,

气体放电包含大量ns级上升沿m A级幅值的预放电电流,预放电完成后间隙击穿电流高达上kA。为了能安全、准确测量预放电电流,需研制一种新型Rogowski线圈。文中采用在自积分Rogowski线圈出口电阻两端并联贴片瞬态电压抑制二极管(transient voltage suppressor,TVS)的方案,研制了一种带深度过电流保护功能的新型Rogowski线圈。通过大量实验,对自积分电阻和过压保护器参数进行了优化选择,结果表明:满足电流测量灵敏度时,减小积分电阻值以拓宽线圈频带,电阻最优值为1050Ω;
