Clinical analysis of 103 cases of invasive pulmonary fungal infection [PDF]
目的 分析侵袭性肺部真菌感染（IPFI）的临床特点，探讨防治对策。方法 对103例IPFI的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 IPFI以COPD、支气管肺癌多见，滥用抗生素等是主要危险因素；念珠菌属占57.3%，其次为曲霉菌属占32.0%；病死率为20.4%。结论 IPFI是在多种诱发因素下继发的肺部感染，原发性IPFI少见；其病死率高，重视易患因素的控制、尽早诊断，综合治疗可降低死亡率。Objective: To analyze the clinical features of invasive ...
