CTA、TTE结合D-D在DeBakeyⅠ-Ⅲ型主动脉夹层诊断中的应用
Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue目的观察CT血管成像（CTA）、经胸超声心动图（TTE）检查结合血清D-二聚体（D-D）在DeBakeyⅠ-Ⅲ型主动脉夹层（AD）诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月至2023年12月邯郸市中心医院收治的95例疑似AD患者，均接受CTA、TTE及血清D-D检查，根据数字血管减影造影术（DSA）结果分为AD组与非AD组，比较CTA、TTE检查情况、血清D-D水平并分析其对AD及DeBakeyⅠ-Ⅲ各分型诊断价值。结果62例经DSA诊断为AD（65.26%），其中DeBakeyⅠ型、Ⅱ型各占43.55%、
