基于PMC指数模型的电力政策量化及其在负荷预测中的应用

政策对电力系统负荷有直接的影响。为了充分挖掘政策因素与负荷之间的关系,提高负荷预测的精度,提出一种基于政策建模一致性(PMC)指数的电力政策量化方法,并将其应用到负荷预测中。首先建立电力领域PMC评价体系,然后通过文本挖掘技术得到电力政策文本的PMC指数,最后构建基于长短期记忆的负荷预测模型,将电力政策量化指标与天气、日期等影响因素一同输入模型中,与不考虑政策因素的模型进行对比。实验表明,考虑政策因素的负荷预测模型获得了较好的结果,加入政策量化数据后,负荷预测模型的平均绝对百分比误差从1.67降低到0 ...

我国互联网用户数预测研究

文章研究了利用Bass模型预测我国互联网用户数的方法。首先对Bass模型进行了描述,然后通过已有数据确定了Bass模型参数,最后利用该模型预测了我国互联网用户数并进行了误差分析。从预测结果中可以大致看出我国互联网用户达到饱和的时间,为今后带宽的预测打下了基础。文章最后给出了Bass模型的适用范围与参数确定方法,同时也提出了几种改善预测精度的方案。

电力电缆状态检测及数据修正技术的研究

针对电力电缆健康状态检测及其数据采集过程中由于漏报、误报而造成电力电缆数据的真实性受损的情况,进行了数据修正技术的研究。研究采用线性自回归方法,给出传感器数据流的预测模型,并提出了一种预测模型自动调整策略,以便在预测误差超过预先设定的阈值时自动调整预测模型。实验结果表明,该研究提高了电力电缆感知数据的质量,降低了光纤检测的缺陷发生率。
