Medical sciences, 2023 目的 基于免疫细胞浸润评分实现膀胱癌患者分型并构建预后风险评估模型。 方法 首先从癌症基因组图谱（TCGA）数据库下载膀胱癌患者的转录组数据和临床数据。然后，采用单样本基因集富集分析方法计算16种免疫细胞的浸润评分。接着，通过无监督聚类实现膀胱癌患者的分型并分析不同分型的患者对免疫治疗和化疗药物敏感性的差异。随后，通过加权相关网络分析（WGCNA）识别与关键免疫细胞浸润显著相关的关键模块，并提取模块内的关键基因。最后，构建并验证膀胱癌预后相关的风险评分模型，并结合患者临床特征构建列线图并进行验证。 结果
