主要研究直流电解杀菌的影响因素及其应用于饮用净水的消毒。电流密度越大,杀菌效果越好。在额定水流量 1m3 /h,选定电流密度 7.5mA/cm2 的情况下,水样的pH值低,杀菌效果好,水中的氨氮含量越高,杀菌效果越差,水中的氯离子浓度越高,杀菌效果越好。在电解杀菌应用于饮用净水的消毒中,杀菌效果十分显著,出水符合饮用净水卫生标准 (CJ94— 1999),且具有持续杀菌作用,可作为一种消毒装置应用于饮用净水的消毒。

简要回顾了最近20多年来国内外对饮用水生物过滤的研究历史,运用Lawrence-McCarty公式和微生物增殖基本方程式,推导了最小基质浓度Smin的计算公式,阐明了第二级利用机理是生物过滤去除饮用水中微量的合成有机物的主要机理,自然有机物是降解微量合成有机物的微生物的主要碳源和能源。探讨了过滤介质、空床接触时间、反冲洗方式、水温、水源水质和预氧化等因素对生物过滤效果的影响,展望了饮用水生物过滤的发展方向及在我国微污染饮用水处理方面的应用前景。

六、饮用水消毒与生活污水卫生化饮用水水源和城市生活污水中不同程度地含有有机和无机杂质,各种病原菌、虫卵和病毒等,需要采取灭菌措施方可饮用或处理后复用。传统氯法消毒效果不稳定,不能有效地杀死病原菌、孢子和病毒,还会使水中形成三卤甲烷等数种可能使动物致癌的物质,做为代用消毒剂的ClO2和氯胺对人体。
