浆细胞性乳腺炎是一种常见的非哺乳期乳腺炎。由于其特殊的影像学表现,给早期诊断和鉴别诊断带来了一定的困难。随着高频超声、彩色多普勒、超微血管成像技术、超声弹性成像、超声造影及超声引导下经皮穿刺活检的广泛应用,为浆细胞性乳腺炎的诊断提供了更多的依据。论文拟就各项超声检查技术在浆细胞性乳腺诊断中的应用与进展作一综述。

目的探讨甲状腺癌的二维和彩色多普勒超声图像特点,提高早期诊断女性甲状腺癌的准确性。方法应用高频超声诊断仪对46例女性甲状腺占位性病变经手术与病理证实为甲状腺癌的声像图进行分析,着重分析肿块内部回声的特点、边缘、彩色血流丰富程度、频谱多普勒中的多项测量指标的变化以及与周围组织的关系。结论肿块形状不规则、轮廓不清晰、向周围组织浸润,内部为实质不均质低回声,可见多发散在的点状、微粒状强回声是超声诊断甲状腺癌的重要声像图特征,而彩色血流丰富情况与颈静脉周围和锁骨上窝内淋巴结肿大有助于超声提高甲状腺癌的诊断准确性。

临床研究发现,甲状腺结节患者中,达5%至15%的人数比例会发展为甲状腺癌[1]。早期发现病灶对鉴别其良恶性、临床治疗和手术选择有重要意义。有文献报道发现,高频超声可以检测出31%-78%左右的甲状腺结节,其中80%以上为良性甲状腺结节,恶性甲状腺结节仅为6%-16%的比例[2,3]。区别良恶性甲状腺结节是确诊甲状腺结节患者的重要点,高频超声发挥着重要的作用[4,5]。本研究通过对收治的不同性质甲状腺结节患者进行了临床特征分析,并采用高频超声进行诊断,报道如下。

目的回顾性分析已确诊的50例腹型紫癜患儿肠道超声表现,探讨高频超声对儿童腹型紫癜诊断临床价值,提高临床诊断率。方法应用高频探头进行腹部超声检查,重点观察各段肠管肠壁厚度、回声及其周围淋巴结、肠系膜回声的变化,观察肠壁的血供情况。结果 50例患儿46例超声提示腹型紫癜,超声见肠壁均有不同程度节段性或广泛性向心性全层增厚、回声减低,呈"面包圈"样改变,以黏膜下层增厚为主,CDFI:受累肠管肠壁血流丰富。肠壁损害部位多发生在小肠。1例继发肠套叠,36例出现腹腔积液、肠系膜淋巴结增大及肠系膜回声增强等伴随症状 ...
