BPH growth is androgen‐dependent, and it appears that androgens preferentially stimulate the growth of BPH as compared to normal prostate. The mechanism of preferential androgen stimulation of BPH growth is not clear.

Pest Management Science, EarlyView.SDHI resistance is reported and characterised for the first time in the oilseed rape phoma stem canker pathogen Plenodomus biglobosus (Leptosphaeria biglobosa). We investigate cross‐resistance patterns, associated SDH target‐site mutations, possible fitness costs, and consider the implications for disease and resistance management.
