The large interest in the plan of search biologically of active agents is caused by the heterocyclic system of 1,2,4-triazole, due to high biological activity, and by the low indexes of toxicness, that inherent it to the structural analogues.

The construction of mitochondria‐targeted nanomedicine is achieved by incorporating into COFs a prodrug, which is a catalase inhibitor and a Fenton‐like reaction copper complex linked by a disulfide bond. These findings confer organelle‐specific targeting properties to COF materials for efficient delivery of therapeutic drugs and enhanced cancer ...

Restoring Porosity and Uncovering Flexibility in Pillared 3D‐Linker Metal‐Organic Frameworks
This research explores new design approaches towards robust frameworks which retain structural flexibility and porosity after activation. By incorporating bulky 3D‐linkers as anionic pillars with zinc triazolate sheets, moisture‐stable metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) are synthesized. In situ powder X‐ray diffraction and gas adsorption techniques reveal

DFT calculations of the 8π‐electrocyclization of 1,2‐bis(diazo)alkanes and of other bis‐1,3‐dipoles reveal that this process can establish a so far ignored route to heterocycles such as 1,2,3,4‐tetrazines. Alternative reaction channels via carbenes or nitrenes leading to fragmentation products are discussed.

An electrochemical α‐C─H functionalization of nitramines enables the synthesis of molecules containing bifunctional energetic heterocycles with promising properties. A telescoped, HNO3‐free sequence involving nitration and azolation steps offers a safer, modular, and scalable platform for the synthesis of energetic compounds.

Synthesis and Characterization of the Triazole Derived from Thiosemicarbazide, 4-Amino-5-Phenyl-4H-1,2,4- Triazole-3-Thiol and Their Copper(II) and Nickel(II) Complexes [PDF]
Triazole N-(3-mercapto-5-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)hydrazinecarbothioamide prepared in good yield via the condensation of 4-amino-5-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol and thiosemicarbazide.

It is shown that interfaces between organic and inorganic layers govern long‐range stacking disorder and in‐plane anisotropy in 2D metal‐halide perovskites. By comparing single‐cation AB‐AB and ordered mixed‐cation ABCD‐ABCD stackings, SCXRD reveals enhanced mosaicity, while optics confirm high birefringence.
