A novel and efficient synthesis of 1,3,4-thiadiazines, bis-1,3,4-thiadiazoles, [1,2,4]triazino[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazine, and thiazolines is reported from the reaction of α-haloketo hydrazonoyl halides with carbonothioic dihydrazide or its analogues.

[Antiaggregant properties of new 1,3,4-thiadiazine derivatives].

A series of new 1,3,4-thiadiazine derivatives have been synthesized and their effect on the human platelet aggregation in vitro has been studied. All the tested substances inhibit the human platelet aggregation induced by ADP and arachidonic acid in a broad concentration range.

- One-pot synthesis of 2-anilino-pyrimido[4,5-e][1,3,4]thiadiazines through intermediates formed by reaction of 5-bromo-2-chloro-6-methyl-4-(1-methylhydrazino) pyrimidine with arylisothiocyanates is reported.

Abstractmagnified imageCyclization of 4‐amino‐6‐methyl‐3‐propargylmercapto‐1,2,4‐triazine‐5‐one 3 and 4‐amino‐3‐propargyl mercapto‐1,2,4‐triazole derivatives 6 were afforded 1,2,4‐triazino[3,4‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazines 4 and 1,2,4‐triazolo[3,4‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazines 7 in presence of heteropolyacids, H14[NaP5W29MoO110] and H6P2W18O60 in high yields.
