Tracing and Capturing the Epiblast Pluripotency of Sheep Preimplantation Embryos

Human iPSC‐Derived Mononuclear Phagocytes Improve Cognition and Neural Health across Multiple Mouse Models of Aging and Alzheimer's Disease

Short‐term intravenous treatments with iPSC‐derived mononuclear phagocytes (iMPs) improve cognitive decline and neural health in two mouse models of aging and in the 5xFAD mouse model of Alzheimer's disease. iMPs reduce levels of serum amyloid proteins that increase in aging and improve the health of hippocampal microglia and mossy cells.

Intestinal Epithelial‐Derived USP13 Alleviates Colonic Inflammation by Suppressing GRP78‐mediated Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress

USP13 deficiency in intestinal epithelial cells aggravates DSS‐induced colitis by enhancing ER stress and apoptosis. The GGH/HuR Complex Binds and Stabilizes mRNAs to Maintain Tumor Cell Cycle and DNA Replication

Despite its canonical role in inhibiting DNA synthesis, GGH promotes tumor growth as a novel RNA‐binding protein. GGH binds GC‐rich 5′UTRs (e.g., CDC6/CCND1), recruits HuR to form a ternary complex that stabilizes mRNA via circular conformation, fueling DNA replication and the cell cycle. Targeting this axis suppresses NSCLC progression.
