Two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy and automated 1H NMR analysis of ethylene-propylene copolymers
Polymer Bulletin, 1984The 13C-1H shift-correlated two-dimensional NMR spectroscopy (CSCM) is used to study ethylene-propylene copolymers. By this means, the 1H NMR spectra of these copolymers can be fully interpreted. The assignments are much more complex than previously thought.

Analysis of human aqueous humour by high resolution 1H NMR spectroscopy
Experimental Eye Research, 1986High-resolution proton NMR spectra from nine samples of human aqueous humour extracted from the anterior chamber of the eye are reported. They were obtained within the order of 45 min from small volumes (ca 0.3 ml) of sample with minimal pretreatment and the method was non-destructive.

1H NMR analysis of R-75-1 substance.
The Japanese journal of antibiotics, 1981Compound R-75-1 is a very potent rifamycin derivative prepared from rifamycin SV at the Sichuan Institute of Antibiotics Industry, China in 1975. This compound showed a strong (see graphs in book) activity against Myobacterium tuberculosis and Gram-positive organisms. Here we describe the assignment of the 1H NMR spectrum of this novel compound.

A computer program is used to determine the proton NMR chemical shifts of endo- and exo-norbornenyl ketones and these values are compared to the experimental values. As part of an undergraduate spectroscopy course, the differences in chemical shifts between the actual and the calculated values serve to underscore the importance of through-space ...

NMR spectroscopy has been coupled on-line to capillary isotachophoresis (cITP) to enhance structural analyses of dilute charged species through separation and sample concentration. Microcoils, the most mass-sensitive NMR probes available, provide optimal detection for cITP/NMR.

Tetrahymena thermophila: analysis of phospholipids and phosphonolipids by high-field 1H-NMR
Biochimica et Biophysica Acta (BBA) - Lipids and Lipid Metabolism, 1996The phospholipids of control and lipid-modified Tetrahymena thermophila were identified and quantified, using 1-D and 2-D COSY proton NMR spectroscopy on intact lipids, before and after HPLC separation. The results are comparable to those obtained using classical lipid analytical techniques.
