Photochemical reactivity of zinc tetraphenylporphyrin induced by nonstoichiometric CdS nanoparticles in 2-propanol

open access: yesInternational Journal of Photoenergy, 2001
The photoreactivity of zinc tetraphenylporphyrin (ZnTPP) in the presence of photoexcited CdS nanoparticles and molecular oxygen in 2-propanol has been revisited.

Unlocking the Alkynyl Bromide Radical Anion With Alternating Current for Inverse Sonogashira C─H Coupling

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An alternating current (AC)‐promoted, Pd‐catalyzed ortho‐aryl C─H alkynylation of 2,3‐diaryl acrylaldehydes is described. This synthetic scheme accommodates a broad substrate scope, delivering alkynylated stilbene derivatives with excellent arene site selectivity.

Thermal Control of Concentric Topographies Patterned by Dynamic Electro‐Templated Generated Chiral Solitonic Structures

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An electro‐templating strategy directs the relaxation of cholesteric finger loops into discrete concentric rings whose geometry is electrically programmed. The photopolymerized structures retain the topological defect pattern and, upon heating, show reversible, castle‐like surface modulation.

Electrooxidation of 2‐Propanol on Mono‐ and Bi‐Metallic Noble Metal Nanoparticles in Alkaline Studied with Real‐Time Product and Dissolution Characterization

open access: yesChemElectroChem
The selective electrochemical oxidation of 2‐propanol to acetone can be used in fuel cells to deliver low‐carbon electricity and efficiently utilize hydrogen that is stored in liquid organic hydrogen carrier molecules.

Structural Control Over Bicontinuous Emulsions from Solvent‐Transfer Induced Phase Separation Through Nanoparticle Loading

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The nanoparticle loading enables effective control over the liquid domain size in bicontinuous interfacially jammed emulsion gels (bijels) produced through solvent‐transfer induced phase separation (STrIPS). The relationship between the nanoparticle loading and domain size profiles in STrIPS bijels is resolved through confocal microscopy and explained ...

RNA Promotes Synapsin Condensates That Organize Synaptic Vesicles in Live Neurons and Enable Localized Translation in Reconstituted System

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Condensates at synapses organize synaptic vesicles (SVs) and are crucial for efficient neurotransmitter release, yet how RNA contributes to this mesoscale architecture remains poorly understood. Here we uncover that RNA modulates synapsin–driven condensates.

Theoretical Prediction of Ultrasonic Velocity in Organic Liquid Mixtures

open access: yesE-Journal of Chemistry, 2009
Theoretical values of ultrasonic velocity in the binary mixtures of cyclohexanone with 2-propanol and 2-methyl-2-propanol have been evaluated at 303 K using Nomoto’s relation, collision factor theory, free length theory, ideal mixture relation, Junjie’s ...

Diverging Liquid–Liquid Phase Separation Behavior of Different Recombinant Major Ampullate Spidroins

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Fibers spun from the MaSp1‐derivative as well as MaSp1‐MaSp2‐mixtures provide a deeper insight into the assembly process of the spidroins and how hierarchical architectures of spider silk fibers could be achieved. ABSTRACT Spider silk fibers show exceptional mechanical properties, based on their underlying spider silk proteins (spidroins) as well as a ...

2-PROPANOL YAKIT HÜCRESİNİN PERFORMANS ANALİZİ

open access: yes, 2010
Yakıt hücreleri kendi içlerinde oksijen ve hidrojeni suya çevirirken elektriksel enerji üreten enerji dönüşüm cihazlarıdır. Taşınabilir elektronik cihazların güç kaynaklarında doğrudan alkol yakıt hücrelerinin kullanımı tercih edilmektedir.
