210Pb (rad) in Inhabitants of a Caribbean Island
Health Physics, 1965Abstract The mean concentration in vertebrae of Puerto Ricans was 0.118 pC 210Pb/g ash. The value in males, 0.133 pC/g ash, was significantly higher than the 0.088 pC/g ash in females. These values are significantly lower than those in similar groups of mid-continent (Midwestern U.S.) residents, 0.196 for males and 0.156 for females.

The activities of 210Po and 210Pb in cigarette smoked in Tunisia
Radiation and Environmental Biophysics, 2020In this study, the activity concentration of polonium 210 in cigarette for Tunisian consumers was investigated by alpha spectrometry. Levels of 210Po and 210Pb in cigars
Journal of Radioanalytical and Nuclear Chemistry, 2002210Po and 210Pb concentrations have been determined in 58 cigar brands manufactured in 11 countries. Cuban and American cigars showed the lowest 210Po content. The mean levels of 210Po in Brazilian, European and Dominican cigars were almost identical and somewhat lower than the levels observed for cigars from other Latin American countries.
