3D Computer Graphics and Virtual Reality
This chapter is dedicated to the description of 3D computer graphics used for the needs of virtual reality. Virtual reality (VR) is the use of computer technology to create a 3D virtual environment. The chapter presents some graphical features used in an environment as well as an explanation of good design practice.

Laser interactive 3D computer graphics
This paper tackles two issues in laser imaging. The first one concerns an upstream mathematical question. We provide some link between transmission tomography and reflective tomography on a canonical case. It reinforces the credibility of transmission algorithms in reflective imaging. The second one concerns a downstream visualization issue.

Usage of 3D Computer Modelling in Learning Engineering Graphics
What is graphic communication? Firstly, it is a very effective way of communication between the technical idea and the final solution of the problem in engineering. The process engineering design (design) begins with visualization, i.e., reviewing the problem and possible solutions. Then, sketching leads to the preparation of the initial idea.

3D Computer Graphics and Nautical Charts
This paper gives an overview of an ongoing project using real-time 3D visualization to display nautical charts in a way used by 3D computer games. By displaying the map in an egocentric perspective the need to make cognitively demanding mental rotations are suggested to be removed, leading to faster decision-making and less errors.
